We love salad mix. They are really healthy, helps in digestion and gives a good skin complexion.
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Carrot slices
- Green onion
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
1. Wash and cut lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber to desirable bite size.
2. Mix all vegetables in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, lemon and green onion and mix.
3. Serve.
