Fried Mushroom with potato & capsicum



White Beech Mushroom
I bought white beech mushroom or Bunapi from the supermarket and decided to cook it with onion, potato and capsicum and it turned out so delicious...you must try this. The mushroom is so tasty.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of white beech mushroom (Bunapi) 
  • 1 medium potato (peeled and sliced diagonally) 
  • 1 medium onion 
  • 1 slice of green capsicum 
  • chinese parsley 
  • salt 
  • pepper
Method
1. Add oil to frying pan and then fry potato till golden brown.
2. Add onion, capsicum and fry for another 1 minute.
3. Add mushroom, pepper and salt to taste.
4. Stir fry for another 5 minutes and serve.
