I have been trying to bake chicken wings and it turned out quite well this time...
Ingredients
- 10 Mid joint chicken wings
- 1/2 medium onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon (squeeze juice)
- 2 table spoon of soya sauce
- sugar
Marinade
1. Crush the onion, garlic and mix with juice, soya sauce and sugar.
2. Mix with wings and marinade for at least 4 hours. Best overnight.
Method
1. Place the marinaded wings in a pre-heated oven of 200 celcius and roast for 40 minutes.
2. Serve immediately.
