My aunty gave us some dried prawn which she bought from Taiwan. It really taste very good and crunchy. I decided to fry brinjal with it.
What you need
- 1 long brinjal
- minced garlic
- soya sauce to taste
- 2 teaspoons of dried prawns
- oil for frying
How to do it
- Cut the brinjal to around 1 cm thickness.
- Add oil to frying pan and fry the brinjal till cooked.
- Add garlic and soya sauce to taste.
- Add dried prawns and mix well.
- Ready to be served.
