What do we need
- 500g Tilapia fish (cut into half, optional)
- minced garlic and ginger
- chili cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- green onion and coriader leaves
- 1 table spoon of chili sauce
- mix garlic,ginger, chili and fry with oil till fragrant.
- add sauce and sugar to mixture and continue to fry.
- pour mixture on fish and steam on boiling water for 10-15 mins.
- spread green onion and coriader leaves on top and serve hot
